House for sale with a beautiful view in Sharps Chapel, Tennessee

This house was a custom build and really was a pleasure to photograph. My client informed me this house was just built in 2019 by a builder and just needed to sell. I was happy to help new owners find a small piece of Heaven on earth. What a beautiful day it was East Tennessee. Land For Sale in East Tennessee . . . 118 acres on rolling land with a ridge top view!!! Drone Photography

I photographed this 118 acre plot of land on three parcels for a great Real Estate agent last week on a super windy day not unlike today. I was able to make three flights on the property to showcase all that was available for sale. The total time on the property was just under 1 hour and 15 minutes and the sellers, as well as the real estate agent were all very nice to work with!!! I’m sure this will not be on the market very long in this “seller’s market.”
