Real Estate Photographer and Drone Photographer in Knoxville, TN . . . These are a few images from some properties lately I have been helping real estate agents sell. I enjoy my work and helping real estate agents get their properties listed on the MLS for all to sell. Many of the properties I have photographed this year are still getting 1,000’s of dollars over asking price and selling in the first week. My goal is to bring the buyers and exceed all photography expectations. I have been a professional photographer for 31 years, so I tell people they should be good. LOL
This house was a custom build and really was a pleasure to photograph. My client informed me this house was just built in 2019 by a builder and just needed to sell. I was happy to help new owners find a small piece of Heaven on earth. What a beautiful day it was East Tennessee. Hope you enjoy these photographs and please let me know when I can help you with your next photo project. It is certainly my passion to photograph houses, people, and food:)
This house had a .8 acre lot that definitely benefitted with the drone photography to highlight the spectacular location in the secluded neighborhood in East Knoxville, TN. Please think of me when you are in need of exceptional real estate photography that bring you lots and lots of showings from the very day your house hits the MLS in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Photographic Art in Knoxville, Tennessee . . . Professional photography!!! This is some art over the past years for the most part of the work. I hope you enjoy these photographs. I have been loving Knoxville, TN my entire life. I am glad to see the boom we have been experiencing for the last 5 or 6 years and am ready to help you with all of your photographic challenges. I am having a good Saturday and wanted to share a little bit of art to the world, amidst the Corona Pandemic 2020. This year started out as one of my busiest ever and has slowed down to zero since March 15th, 2020. Well enough about that!!!!:) Please enjoy these photos . . . .
This was a great home I photographed this week in Farragut, TN. I really enjoyed the peaceful community and incredible neighborhood located right next the the water ways. May God Bless you today in all your endeavors!!!!
This home was exciting to photograph because of it’s size, as well as the beautifully designed interior. Some people are better at it than others and this home was very styley . . . Hope you enjoy my interior and exterior photographs for a brand new real estate client in Knoxville, TN. I also am able to use a high end professional drone to help sell your house or property if the property is in need of alternative arial views. This one was just fine without:)

Nice wooded 22.74 acres parcel that is close to the interstate and Sweetwater. Also, approximately 6 miles from Watts Bar Dam. Great residential potential or plenty of trees for private retreat. I photographed this property and I am also the Listing Agent for the seller. Please contact me directly if you are interested in purchasing this property that is priced under 5k per acre. Thanks!!!
This home is absolutely charming and has features from the past that are nostalgic and so comforting when you are in the home . . . It is located in North Hills and I have added a description about this historical area for you to see. The North Hills Historic District is a residential subdivision in north Knoxville, Tennessee, United States, that was added to the National Register of Historic Places in September 2008 as a historic district. The subdivision was established in 1927 by the North Hills Corporation as a neighborhood of custom-built homes, catering to middle-classfamilies. The historic district includes 130 houses on about 50 acres. At the time of its listing on the National Register, it was described by the Tennessee Historical Commission as a good example of mid-20th century residential architecture.
