Hey, this was one experience I will not soon forget. The food here was unlike any I have ever experienced. The basis for the cooking stems from Central America, Honduras as well as El Salvador. I enjoyed the change of pace and the fullness of flavors without any one spice, pepper, or meat being too strong; just a melody of full flavor. Wow, I want to go back right now.
